一、備案依據(jù)
(1)依據(jù)《中華人民共和國食品安全法》第九十九條,出口食品生產(chǎn)企業(yè)和出口食品原料種植、養(yǎng)殖場需要向國家出入境檢驗檢疫部門備案。 (2)根據(jù)《中華人民共和國import and export食品安全管理辦法》第三十九條和第四十二條,出口食品生產(chǎn)企業(yè)需要向住所地海關(guān)備案,具體備案程序和要求由海關(guān)總署制定。 (3)遵照《關(guān)于開展”證照分離”改革全覆蓋試點的公告》,在全國范圍內(nèi),對”出口食品生產(chǎn)企業(yè)備案核準(zhǔn)”實施”審批改為備案”改革。
