Improve the factory inspection before certification

Optimize the supervision and inspection after certification

For enterprises with good credit and high management level, only one factory quality assurance ability supervision inspection shall be carried out within each certification cycle.
Ensure that enterprises independently select testing laboratories
When notifying enterprises to conduct sample testing, each relevant designated certification body shall clearly indicate to the enterprise the list of all available laboratories, and the enterprise shall independently select a laboratory for testing according to its own situation.
